4. Subscription and Payment

• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard.

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. However:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use source content
• You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it
• We do not claim ownership of content you create
• AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Content Writer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
